Job Summary: We seek an experienced Salesperson to manage and grow our compressor sales business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: • Managing Direct Accounts of Ingersoll Rand • Developing Channel Business • Should have good Knowledge for Blower/Vacuum Products • Advanced Customer & Competitor Insights • Intermediate Customer Centric • Intermediate Customer value creation • Intermediate New Account Acquisition • Intermediate Market/Industry Awareness • Intermediate Opportunity Management • Intermediate Account/Relationship Mgmt. • Provide monthly reporting on KPIs • Provide monthly forecasting to Leadership Team (units and revenues) • Present quarterly business review to Leadership Team for the Region • Collect market intelligence from region to report back to Leadership Team • Provide feedback and participation in new product development • Present a monthly forecast by unit • Remain up-to-date with and report on changes in competitor activity. • Work closely with team and distributors to improve brand visibility. • Overall responsibility for full profit and loss accounts in Region, thru managing a team of 3~4 sales employees.
