Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job: The Regional Sales Manager will execute the business strategy and marketing plan for the Cleaning Goods, Personal Care & Pharma business in India. About The Job (Job Responsibilities): • Lead a team of minimum 8 members including account managers and the technical team. • Grow the business profitably. • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Ensure disciplined management and performance of distribution channels. We believe you bring (Education & Experience): • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Engineering-related discipline. • 15 years of experience in sales, business development and/or product management roles.
