Responsibilities Mutual Funds • Grow Existing Customers • Deepen engagement with the current client base by understanding their financial goals and offering suitable mutual fund solutions. • Regularly review portfolios, provide market updates, and recommend rebalancing strategies. • Ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term retention. • Bring in New Customers • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, events, and market outreach. • Conduct investor awareness sessions and product presentations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and AUM growth targets. Life Insurance • Identify customer protection and investment needs to recommend appropriate Life Insurance products. • Cross-sell Life Insurance solutions to the mutual fund client base. • Manage policy issuance, renewals, and provide claims-related support. Qualifications • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. • AMFI / NISM certification for Mutual Fund distribution (mandatory). • IRDAI Life Insurance license (preferred or to be obtained within probation). • 3–6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Mutual Funds and Life Insurance. • Strong knowledge of investment and protection products. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. • Target-driven with a proven record of sales performance.
