The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying financial needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, they will work towards achieving sales and service goals, manage client portfolios, and assist in resolving customer inquiries to enhance client satisfaction.
