Job Title: Relationship Manager (Remote) Location: Fully Remote (Global | Multi-Time Zone) Company: Well-reputed Tourism Marketplace based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi Experience Level: 2–3 Years in Travel & Tourism About the Role We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to nurture and manage our global network of tour guides and travel operators. In this fully remote role, you will drive partner success by coordinating sales activities, managing accounts, and converting leads into confirmed bookings for international travellers. The role requires working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, distributed team environment while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate remote sales efforts, including lead follow-up, proposal building, pricing refinement, and itinerary support • Onboard new partners and manage ongoing account relationships • Respond to traveller inquiries and validate competitive proposals • Handle cross-cultural communication with global stakeholders • Collaborate via CRM systems, email, and messaging platforms • Analyse partner performance and provide pricing and operational insights • Build and sustain long-term tourism partnerships Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in global travel/tourism • Proven experience working remotely across multiple time zones • Strong skills in proposal review, pricing strategy, and lead conversion • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage What We Offer: • Fully remote work flexibility • Opportunity to work with a global tourism network • Competitive compensation based on experience We will request candidates to share their consent and updated CV along with the following details before proceeding further in the process: • Total Experience: • Current CTC (Fixed & Variable): • Expected CTC: • Reason for Change: • Notice Period: • Comfort level with an Individual Contributor role:
