About the job

Role Summary The client is seeking a relationship-driven professional with a strong product understanding capability and who uses consultative, insight-led conversations to drive business through university partnerships. This is neither a complex sales role nor a traditional academic relations role . The focus is on product advocacy, relationship leverage, and business enablement. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage relationships with universities and institutional partners. • Understand the education products (certifications, accreditation, credentials) and position them as solutions. • Lead consultative discussions with Deans, Program Heads, Continuing Education, and Skilling teams. • Convert relationships into pilots, proposals, and program adoption. • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive outcomes. Qualifications, Skills & Attributes • 8–12 years of experience in relationship management, partnerships, or client-facing roles. • Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills. • Ability to understand products and articulate value clearly. • Comfort with business conversations without aggressive selling • Any industry background welcome (Education, Consulting, BFSI, IT, SaaS, Telecom, Services or those that serve universities with high ticket items) Why join them • High-visibility role at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth • Opportunity to shape how universities engage with future-ready education solutions • Collaborative, mission-driven global environment Compensation & Benefits: Best according to industry standards.
