This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a strong sales mindset and interest in financial markets. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new clients through cold calls, referrals, meetings, and networking • Advise clients on Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds & Currency products • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention • Cross-sell financial products to existing clients • Share research reports, market updates, IPOs & NFO opportunities • Maintain and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) • Support branch sales and promotional activities • Ensure timely documentation, application processing, and follow-ups • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management Eligibility & Skills • 🎓 Graduation (Mandatory) • 📜 NISM Series V-A preferred • 💼 Minimum 6 Months year experience in Financial Sales / Broking / Wealth Management • Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam • Target-driven, client-focused attitude Salary & Benefits 💰 CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives) 🎯 Attractive, uncapped incentive structure 📈 Long-term career growth in Wealth Management 📚 Exposure to diversified investment products 🏢 Strong branch & research support Why This Role? • Opportunity to work in a metro market like Chennai • High visibility, high-growth sales role • Structured career path for consistent performers 📩 Interested candidates can apply directly on LinkedIn or share their resume via DM.
