Primary Responsibility: • Book growth calculation = ETB + NTB Overall portfolio. • Customer acquisition balance which is New to Asset. • New to Asset – NOA & Existing book growth. • PPC growth in the allocated portfolio (Revenue + Non-Revenue) Products – TL, • Trade, Forex, CA, WC, Tax Payment, EDC, SCF, Cards, Derivatives, CMS. • (Collection/Payment), UHNI A/c, HNI A/c, Salary A/c, Direct D mat A/c, • Term Deposits, GI, Digital Product Offerings. • Competency Profiler Score to be above the threshold level; completion of all training & learning modules. • Weighted avg. of 12 months as on last day of each month.
