Job Summary The Relationship Manager Mid Market is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with mid-sized corporate clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and achieving business and revenue targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new mid-market clients and build long-term relationships • Manage an assigned portfolio of mid-market corporate customers • Understand clients business needs and offer suitable banking/financial products • Drive revenue through loans, trade finance, cash management, and other services • Ensure timely credit appraisal, documentation, and disbursement • Monitor portfolio quality and manage credit risk • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, product teams) • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines • Achieve assigned sales and growth targets Eligibility / Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field • MBA/PGDM (Finance or Marketing) preferred • 2-6 years of experience in corporate or mid-market banking/financial services • Strong knowledge of credit products and financial analysis
