Relationship Manager - Presales (B2B Sales)

This is a full-time position for a Relationship Manager - Presales (B2B Sales) role. The primary responsibilities include generating lead, cold calling calling, customer outreach by doing cold calling, email writing, using LinkedIn, pitching product, negotiating. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and generating new business opportunities will be essential. The role involves understanding the client's businesses, presenting tailored solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to address client-specific requirements. Additional duties include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through proactive engagement with clients. Job Responsibilities: • The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with Enterprise level Customers • Drive sales through new customer acquisition • Own end-to-end acquisition funnel and independently close accounts • Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products • Responsible for Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Outreach (B2B Sales), Pitching Product, Client Acquisition. Required Qualifications: • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development in B2B Sales. • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams • Current experience should be in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Outreach (B2B Sales), Pitching Product • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
