About the job
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales who will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating site visits, closing property deals, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The role demands strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and a proven sales mindset. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential/commercial real estate projects • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and post-sales support • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain accurate client data and sales reports in CRM • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (West Pune) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and closing abilities • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools • Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours
