Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Senior Data Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join their innovative global team. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends. - Conduct thorough data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations. - Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, ML, and data science, and apply them to practical applications. - Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth. - Develop and implement robust data pipelines and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring. - Contribute to the company's data strategy and innovation roadmap. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and ethical considerations in all analyses and model developments. Qualifications: - Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong emphasis on building and deploying production-level ML models. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas). - Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.
