The Role The Renewal Sales Rep (RSR) will be responsible for managing, selling, renewing, and expanding service relationships with our customer base. In this role, the RSR will be expected to manage and assess opportunity areas and drive efficiencies to increase profitability and improve our overall renewal performance. This includes end-to-end customer experience in the renewal lifecycle and working with our team responsible for generating service quotes. This role will engage with multiple internal partners such as sales teams, district managers, support teams, and customers during negotiations. What you'll bring • 1-4+ years experience in service delivery-related role; business analyst, sales support, contract negotiations, pricing specialist, etc. Some sales related experience preferred • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology-related sales or operations • Proven ability to work in matrices driven organization and build strong relationships with partner organizations • Strong written and verbal communication skills; specific experience with remote teams • Proficient English verbal and written skills, a must. • Proven ability to use financial/quantitative data in decision making and recommendations • Proven analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual ability, critical thinking, and judgment skills • Ability to see the big picture and plan accordingly, yet detailed enough to handle the day to day customer interactions • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle databases to research accounts and uncover renewal opportunities • Additional skills: negotiation, change management About us We're a global team of innovators.
