CLIENT: One of the largest and most premium film and retail entertainment company having several screens across about 40 cities looking for RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGERS in all zones. Key Drivers: • Manage planning, scheduling, BOQs, and budgeting for multiple hospitality sites. • Manage project scheduling, cost tracking, and variation approvals. • Finalized subcontractor bills, rate analysis, and MIS reporting. • Oversee material reconciliation and procurement schedules. • Manage end-end renovation project execution including MEP, Civil, Interior and fit-outs. • Approval of layout drawings from consultants, architects and interior designers. • Preparation of project completion schedule to ensure timely and Quality work execution. Incumbent Profile: • BE Civil with hotel industry Hotel industry renovation project management exposure.
