Reporting and Analytics Professional
About the job
You will be joining the Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team at State Street as a Reporting and Analytical professional. Your main responsibilities will include managing ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs, establishing relationships with internal clients, designing and developing metrics and reports, documenting and updating reporting processes, collaborating with team members, and creating HR data governance structures and dictionaries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs • Establish cooperative relationships with internal clients, including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), corporate function, and business leaders • Provide consultation, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation; manage all phases of reporting projects • Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/dashboards, and effective visual aids • Document/update reporting processes and identify opportunities for standardization and optimization • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources, foster communication, and review optimal resolutions • Build and maintain HR Data Governance Structure and Dictionary • Create connections with HR analyst community and support knowledge sharing • Develop insights and storytelling for leadership consumption • Determine analytical approaches to evaluate scenarios and potential outcomes • Establish analytical rigor and statistical methods for data analysis Qualifications and Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management • 5+ years of experience with Tableau for data visualization • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS for statistical analysis • Strong technical skills with expertise in MS Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.
