Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data to extract insights, interpreting statistical results, and performing market research. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring clear communication of findings, and contributing to the development of evidence-backed recommendations. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders will be a key aspect of the daily activities. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting data and drawing insights • Proficiency in Research and Market Research methodologies • Experience or knowledge in Statistics and statistical tools • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and concisely • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and working within development sectors is a plus
