Role & Responsibilities: • The analyst will actively research and analyse global large-cap companies, focusing on their financials, business model, industry dynamics, and management quality. • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including earnings projections. Actively monitor and track the quarterly performance of portfolio companies. • The analyst should be capable of independently researching markets, industries, and specific companies to discover potential investment opportunities. • The analyst should effectively collaborate with the investment team to communicate and discuss research findings and investment recommendations. • Support fund manager in fund management related activities. Strong analytical/leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Bloomberg / other equity/market data sources. • High level of self-motivation to work and passion for equity investing. • Strong quantitative skill set with the ability to analyse complex data. • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication required. MBA-Finance/ CA candidates with 2-4 years of buy-side/sell-side experience in equity research. CFA candidature is an added advantage and preferred.
