Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager who can oversee day to day operations while driving business growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong managerial background, hands on leadership, and the ability to create standout guest experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead overall property operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and activities. • Maintain high guest satisfaction standards and resolve escalations with professionalism. • Work with the management team to grow occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility. • Monitor budgets, cost controls, inventory, and vendor management. • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain service excellence. • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness across the resort. • Support planning of events, adventure activities, and guest engagement programs. Requirements • At least 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in resorts or hospitality. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities. • Proven track record in operations and business growth. • Ability to work in a dynamic adventure focused environment.
