Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Management Executive (RMG) to support efficient workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization management across multiple business units. The role requires excellent coordination, analytics, and stakeholder management skills to ensure optimal deployment of resources, timely onboarding/offboarding, and effective utilization that contributes to business growth. Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Bangalore Mode of Work: Full time Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end resource allocation, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements across teams. • Track and optimize bench utilization, minimizing idle time and maximizing billable deployment. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in RMG and HRMS systems—profiles, skills, project assignments, and availability. • Work closely with the PMO to monitor onboarding/offboarding workflows and align with HR for BGV and compliance updates. • Prepare and publish resource allocation reports, bench dashboards, and utilization metrics for leadership visibility. • Proactively manage allocation changes and resolve conflicts related to resource demand vs. availability. • Support revenue optimization by improving fulfilment ratios and ensuring timely deployment of resources. • Assist in upskilling, redeployment, and engagement of bench employees to enhance future readiness. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, RMG, or related roles. • Strong stakeholder management abilities with effective verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced Excel preferred). • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an added advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities. Good To Have Skills: • Experience working with ATS, HRMS, or RMG tools • Knowledge of project staffing cycles, skill mapping, and competency frameworks • Basic understanding of IT services delivery models • Exposure to forecasting and capacity planning • Experience in report automation or dashboard creation • Understanding of revenue and billing models in IT/consulting environments • Ability to run engagement or upskilling programs for bench employees.
