We offer a diverse range of flavorful dishes prepared without onion and garlic, emphasizing health-focused cooking with no maida and minimal frying. Currently, we operate two successful outlets with over 60+ covers, serving guests who value purity, taste, and wellness. We are now excited to announce our next milestone — launching a franchise outlet in Ayodhya with 350 covers, bringing authentic sattvic cuisine to a larger audience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ayodhya. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning and an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring financial performance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes recruiting and training staff, managing inventories, and working closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications • Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial performance and cost efficiency • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a high-quality dining experience • Proficiency in Hiring and staff management to build and lead a successful team • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is preferred • Should have headed or working with Restaurant having a cover size of 300+ as well as handling a sales of 1 Cr + in a month with a team size of 50+ staff. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is an advantage
