Retail Product Experience Lead

This role is for one of our clients. We’re looking for a Retail Product Experience Lead to own how our home appliances are showcased, understood, and experienced across retail and digital touchpoints. This role plays a key part in shaping product perception on the ground—ensuring retail teams, merchandisers, and customers clearly grasp product value, usage, and differentiation. You’ll be the face of product knowledge in the market, working closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to deliver impactful demonstrations, support retail execution, and bring real-world feedback back to internal teams. Key Responsibilities: In-Store Product Experience & Enablement: • Deliver high-impact, hands-on demonstrations for sales teams, merchandisers, and retail staff. • Train and enable retail and CSD partners on product features, usage scenarios, and customer benefits. • Ensure product demos are consistent, compelling, and aligned with brand standards. Customer Engagement & Assistance: • Interact directly with customers to explain product functionality and real-life use cases. • Address product-related questions and provide first-level troubleshooting support. • Respond to customer queries received through email and online marketplaces such as Amazon. Retail & Channel Coordination: • Act as a link between field sales, merchandisers, demonstrators, and customers. • Support new product launches, retail rollouts, and promotional initiatives. • Help improve in-store execution by aligning teams on demo quality and product positioning. Market Feedback & Continuous Improvement: • Capture insights from customer interactions, retail teams, and field observations. • Share structured feedback on product performance, objections, and training gaps. • Contribute ideas to improve demonstration methods, enablement content, and retail readiness. Reporting & Process Support: • Maintain simple reports related to demos conducted, customer feedback, and common queries. • Support internal stakeholders with on-ground insights to refine products and communication. What We’re Looking For: • 4–8 years of experience in retail product demonstrations, merchandising, or consumer durables sales support. • Strong exposure to home appliances or consumer electronics is highly preferred. • Proven ability to work closely with retail staff, merchandisers, or demonstrator teams. • Clear, confident verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Comfortable handling customer communication via email and e-commerce platforms. • Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting. • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
