Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a retired professional joining ShareChat. The responsibilities include creating and curating engaging and culturally rich content, contributing to discussions, and supporting community building initiatives. As a member of the ShareChat team, you will also provide valuable insights to enhance the user experience while fostering meaningful interaction within the platform. Qualifications • Strong content creation and curation skills, including storytelling and creative writing • Deep knowledge or interest in cultural and regional topics related to Indic languages • Experience in community engagement, user interaction, or building positive user environments • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences • Proficiency in at least one or more Indic languages • Basic proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and content management systems • Passion for fostering connections and empowering social engagement • Prior experience in leadership, content strategy, or digital transformation will be an added advantage • Flexibility and enthusiasm in contributing to ShareChat’s mission to lead India's digital engagement and innovation
