Location: Bangalore, India | Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience: 3–6 years | Full-Time | Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a Revenue Accountant / Accounting Operations Specialist to manage revenue accounting processes and ensure compliance across fintech operations. This role involves complex reconciliations, loan accounting, and audit-ready documentation, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage bank → processor → GL reconciliations for revenue and settlement transactions. • Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation for revenue and remittance reporting. • Perform loan accounting (principal, interest, fees, amortization) and apply non-cash accounting logic. • Monitor SLA-driven ticket queues and resolve variances independently. • Support regulatory workflows including SCRA, bankruptcy, and chargebacks. • Work with tools like Moov, Repay, and accounting engines for transaction processing. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. • 3–6 years of experience in revenue accounting, payment operations, or fintech accounting. • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Experience with payment processors and accounting systems. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling tools. • Knowledge of loan lifecycle accounting and compliance standards. Preferred Experience • Background in fintech, lending, or payment servicing. • Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory compliance in financial operations.
