Role Overview This role is a blend of B2B Sales, Revenue Growth, and Client Success. You will own the complete sales lifecycle while nurturing key client relationships to ensure repeat business... What You’ll Do • Identify, prospect, and convert corporate clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking. • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized training solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and L&D Heads. • Understand client business needs and align training solutions accordingly. • Manage key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
