Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Act as a thought leader in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), shaping frameworks that elevate decision-making and commercial effectiveness. • Stakeholder Management: Partner with One Commerce stakeholders to align analytics with business priorities and ensure seamless integration across channels. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, RGM, and Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) teams to deliver holistic solutions. • Technology & Innovation: Manage information technology platforms, leveraging AI to generate insights that enhance forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategies. • Center of Excellence: Establish and nurture a Center of Excellence for Sales, Trade Marketing, RGM, and CMI, ensuring best practices and continuous capability development. Ideal Candidate Profile • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to increase strategic quotient in commercial decision-making. • Stakeholder Influence: Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and influencing across functions. • Technology Expertise: Demonstrated capability in leveraging IT platforms and AI for business insights. • Fungibility: Ability to be fungible into roles across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing, ensuring versatility and adaptability. • Leadership Potential: Operates as a thought leader, balancing operational detail with big-picture vision. • Future-Ready Mindset: Passion for building scalable teams and future-ready capabilities. Required Experience: • Must have experience in similar filed as RGM of 5-9 years. • Educational Background: Engineering qualification from a top-tier college, with a strong foundation in analytics and business understanding, MBA preferred • Must have worked on tools like MS Excel, R , Python, SQL etc • FMCG experience is preferred
