Role Summary The Revenue Head will lead and scale the AKCJ Capital vertical. This is a performance-driven leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, AUM mobilisation, sales discipline, and building a scalable distribution engine. The mandate is clear: Reduce day-to-day founder involvement in Capital operations within 6–9 months by institutionalising process, reporting, and accountability. Key Responsibilities • Own overall revenue and AUM growth targets • Drive penetration across Mutual Funds, PMS/AIF, and LAMF products • Build and enforce structured sales pipeline discipline • Lead, mentor, and monitor Wealth Managers and investment support team • Track conversion ratios, AUM flows, and revenue metrics weekly • Submit structured performance dashboards to the Founder • Ensure seamless coordination with Operations and Compliance • Build a scalable and repeatable wealth distribution framework • Strengthen HNI and emerging HNI client acquisition strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile • 8–15 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or PMS/AIF distribution • Demonstrated revenue leadership with measurable AUM growth track record • Experience managing and scaling sales teams • Strong commercial confidence and negotiation capability • High integrity and compliance orientation • Structured executor with strong follow-up discipline • Low-ego, high-accountability leadership style.
