About the job

AI Certs is looking for a hands-on Revenue & Lead Operations Program Manager to own the operational bridge between Lead Generation (Marketing) and Revenue / Inside Sales. This is not a strategy or planning role. This is a day-to-day execution and ownership role focused on lead flow, allocation, tracking, conversion, and sales productivity. If you enjoy bringing structure, fixing leakages, enforcing discipline, and making sales teams more effective on the ground — this role is for you. What You’ll Do ● Own end-to-end lead management across all inbound and outbound channels ● Ensure the right leads are assigned to the right sales reps at the right time ● Manage and optimize lead allocation logic, SLAs, and follow-ups ● Work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Revenue leaders ● Track and report on: ○ Lead movement & aging ○ Response time & first contact ○ Rep productivity & utilization ○ Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-revenue conversion ● Identify bottlenecks, leakages, and inefficiencies in lead usage ● Improve operational efficiency and conversion effectiveness ● Run daily, weekly, and monthly reviews with strict follow-through ● Act as the program manager and single point of accountability between Marketing and Sales ● Ensure HubSpot CRM hygiene, discipline, and adoption across teams This Role Is Ideal If You: ● Have worked in Inside Sales Operations, Lead Management, Revenue Ops, or Program Management ● Prefer operational ownership over high-level strategy ● Are strong with tracking, coordination, follow-ups, and execution ● Can work fast and bring order to messy or fragmented systems ● Are comfortable with WFO (6 days) and close collaboration with sales teams Requirements: ● 4–8 years of experience in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / Program Management ● Prior experience handling large lead volumes is a strong plus ● Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory) ● Strong skills in Excel, dashboards, reporting, and CRM workflows ● Ability to drive operational discipline across team
