Roblox Production Assistant / Operations (Remote) We are building fast-paced Roblox games and are looking for a motivated and reliable operator to manage daily execution. This is a full-time remote role (8 hours/day) focused on keeping development moving, organized, and aligned. Salary • ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 INR/month (based on performance) • Paid monthly • Growth opportunities for high performers Role OverviewYou will work directly with us to ensure developers are executing tasks properly and efficiently. You are not a game designer and not a traditional manager. Your role is to: keep everything moving, structured, and aligned with our vision. Responsibilities • Assign tasks to developers based on our instructions • Guide developers using references (games, mechanics, styles) • Follow up daily to ensure tasks are completed on time • Keep development organized and moving without delays • Find and provide assets (sound IDs, animations, models) • Study top Roblox games to understand what works • Apply correct style and feel when guiding features • Test game features and report bugs/issues clearly • Ensure features meet quality expectations • Take ownership of the final result of what gets built. Important Responsibility You are responsible for how features are executed. Example: • If a swing system is needed, you choose the correct approach/reference • If the result feels bad, you are responsible for improving it Requirements • Strong interest in Roblox and game development • Good understanding of how Roblox games feel and function • Fast, responsive, and proactive • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable communicating with developers • Able to think independently and make decisions What We’re Looking For • Someone motivated and hungry to grow • Someone who takes ownership, not just follows instructions • Someone who studies what works and applies it • Someone who pushes progress without being told Selection Process Candidates will be given a small practical test to evaluate: • task structuring • understanding of game feel • ability to think and execute Important This role is execution-focused.
