Job Title: SaaS Product Sales – B2B Saas Sales Senior Executive / Manager Location: Mumbai / Chennai/ Delhi Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary A results-driven and dynamic SaaS Product Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves identifying prospects, understanding client requirements, demonstrating product value, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and prior experience selling cloud-based or enterprise software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for the company’s SaaS and On-Premise products • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, clearly explaining features, use cases, and ROI • Understand customer pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and deal closure • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen value propositions and uncover new market opportunities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM systems • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging SaaS technologies • Share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software solution sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and customer success concepts • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel as required • Spoken Hindi is mandatory • Experience in enterprise or mid-market software sales is an advantage • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset Compensation • Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Attractive commission structure aligned with sales performance
