Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a SaaS Sales Executive. The SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Think Exam's assessment solutions by generating qualified leads, demonstrating the product to prospective clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include lead generation through direct outreach, nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement, particularly in SaaS or similar technology-based products. • Ability to engage in effective Client Relationship Management, understanding customer needs and offering solution-based sales approaches. • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to influence and drive strategic conversations with diverse stakeholders. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Experience in the EdTech or Talent Assessment space would be an added advantage.
