Sales and Account Manager – Job Role Position: Sales and Account Manager Department: Sales Reporting To: Director / Senior Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: • Manage company sales and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. • Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. • Handle customer accounts and ensure proper billing and payments. • Monitor sales reports and maintain account records. • Coordinate with the accounts department for invoices and collections. • Develop new business opportunities and increase market coverage. • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports. • Ensure proper product supply and order management. • Resolve customer complaints and service issues. • Support management in planning sales strategies. Skills Required: • Sales and negotiation skills • Basic accounting knowledge • Communication and team management • Excel and reporting skills Qualification: • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration • Experience in FMCG sales preferred.
