Job Purpose As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling original IPs, video content solutions, and branded video campaigns. You will work closely with agencies, brands, and the video team to turn briefs into high-performing, video-first campaigns. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, pitching custom content ideas, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns from pitch to delivery. You also must have agency contacts to be able to get briefs from Brands and then turn them into video campaigns and generate revenue. Key Responsibilities Solution Selling: Conceptualize, pitch, and sell video-first branded content solutions, original IPs, custom campaign formats, podcasts, social videos, and platform-native storytelling ideas that align with client objectives. New Client Acquisition and Collabs: Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and collaborators. Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the company as a go-to partner for AI and Tech focused video-led storytelling. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Work closely with internal teams to respond to client briefs with compelling video strategies. Manage campaign execution timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, deliverables, and contract terms. Ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual value in every deal. Pipeline and Revenue Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Track revenue performance, report on progress, and meet or exceed sales targets through consistent business development efforts.
