Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal, MP for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves creating proposals and presentations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The candidate will represent the company to clients, participate in negotiations, and analyze market trends to make data-driven decisions. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development, with the ability to cultivate client relationships and expand market reach. • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning. • Demonstrated ability in Proposal Development, Contract Negotiation, and closing deals effectively. • Knowledge of technology solutions including communication systems, audio-visual, networking, and smart infrastructure is an advantage. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage and track customer relationships and opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
