Role Description As a full-time on-site Sales and Business Manager at Feedope Media's Hisar office, you will drive business growth by leading sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, achieving revenue targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to align sales initiatives with strategic goals. You will oversee client acquisition, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's market expansion by staying attuned to industry trends and competitive dynamics. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. • Ability to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web Development, and E-Commerce solutions. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. • Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry is preferred. • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
