Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Customer Service Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance customer service and sales skills. Responsibilities include creating training plans, facilitating engaging workshops, monitoring individual progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Maximum CTC: ₹4.8 LPA Trainer – Job Description • Minimum 3 years of training experience • Minimum 5 years of overall work experience • Industry exposure in Telecom / Handset / Retail / Banking • Graduate in any discipline • Strong expertise in Customer Service Training and enhancing Customer Satisfaction • Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal Skills • Proven ability to nurture and improve Customer Service standards • Experience in delivering engaging workshops and training sessions • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communication, or Training and Development • Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess training effectiveness • Proficiency in using modern training tools and techniques is a plus
