Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Sales and Marketing Team, including positions for Head of Sales and Sales Executives. The roles are based in Gujarat, India, and involve overseeing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. In this capacity, you will lead sales efforts, identify and engage potential customers, develop marketing campaigns, and oversee key account management. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, setting targets, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong sales skills including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and market analysis • Proficiency in client and stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic account management • Exceptional team leadership, planning, and coordination abilities • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Familiarity with the solar energy industry and renewable energy solutions is a plus • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
