The specialist will manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and conduct training sessions to empower the sales team. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and preparing reports to optimize marketing campaigns. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients • Sales and Sales Management experience to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets • Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor team members to enhance sales performance • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic marketing initiatives • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
