The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, promoting products or services, conducting market research, and assisting with training and supporting the sales team to meet objectives and quotas. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure satisfaction. • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass targets consistently. • Ability to provide Training and guidance to support and enhance team performance. • A self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques to effectively promote products or services.
