Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruvallur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, identifying client needs, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves conducting customer training, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets through effective planning and management. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. • Proficiency in Sales, including prospecting, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. • Experience in Training and Sales Management to lead and guide teams effectively and achieve team objectives. • Ability to identify market trends and develop actionable marketing strategies. • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in the flavors and fragrances industry is a plus.
