Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Sibsagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales to achieve the company's goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, generating and nurturing leads, developing sales presentations, and contributing to overall sales performance. The role also involves conducting training sessions for the sales team and assisting with sales management tasks. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets • Experience in designing and conducting Training sessions for teams • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide solutions • Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Prior experience in the creative or marketing industry is beneficial • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
