The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing sales processes, providing training to team members, and identifying and implementing effective marketing strategies to position our services effectively in the market. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain positive relationships • Experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving business growth and organizational objectives • Ability to train and guide team members to improve overall performance and execution • Strategic thinking, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills • Familiarity with interior designing, project management, or related fields is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and marketing is an added advantage
