Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Prayagraj with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. The specialist will identify customer needs, manage communication channels, and provide superior customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions and collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent growth and development in sales performance. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets • Ability to deliver Training sessions and support professional growth within the sales team • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in the financial services or lending industry is a plus
