Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Rajsamand, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and building client relationships, developing effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales operations, providing training to team members, and achieving targets to drive business growth. Consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential for success. Qualifications: • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their requirements • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Experience in providing Training and support to team members for improving performance and results • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for planning and executing marketing initiatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
