Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Nawanagar, with flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will work on driving sales and customer acquisition strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting customer service initiatives. Additional responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, training team members, and developing sales management initiatives, with a focus on achieving business growth. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Experience in Sales and Sales Management • Ability to train team members and lead by example • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience in the food industry is an added advantage.
