Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Shillong. The responsibilities involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, training sales teams, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. The role requires the candidate to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in driving revenue growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing sales strategies and overseeing sales processes • Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide guidance to sales team members • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
