Sales and Product Manager, Sport Medicine & Arthroscopy – India STAR Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Product Manager to drive growth within the assigned territory. This critical role involves expanding our market presence, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dynamic field of Sport Medicine and Arthroscopy. Responsibilities - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for STAR Sports Medicine products by enhancing brand awareness and providing expert guidance and support to customers - Identify, recruit, and develop new distribution partners while strengthening relationships with existing channels within the designated region - Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term channel strategies to maximize business growth and explore co-marketing opportunities with partners - Provide comprehensive support to distributors in preparing and submitting tender offers - Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive product adoption and advocacy - Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and perform relevant market research to align with both the clinical and business needs of our clients - Collaborate cross-functionally to represent STAR Sports Medicine at professional fairs, exhibitions, and conferences - Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform territory strategies and enable rapid response to market shifts - Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including weekly reports, sales forecasts, and expense reports Candidate Profile We are looking for a driven professional with a proven track record and experience in the Sport Medicine and Arthroscopy industry Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - more than 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the Sport Medicine and Arthroscopy industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Fluency in and india (india) is essential Key Competencies - Exceptional customer focus and strong leadership capabilities - Highly developed business acumen - Proficiency in project management and a collaborative team-working approach - Excellent negotiation and influencing skills - High energy level and an entrepreneurial mindset - Previous international experience What We Offer We offer a long-term contract with a competitive compensation package and attractive sales incentives Please submit your CV and cover letter to: jiangdy@starsportmed.com and copy wangrf@starsportmed.com
