About the job

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Lenskart store. • Understand customer needs and provide suitable eyewear/optical product recommendations. • Explain product features, offers, and after-sales services. • Assist customers in eye testing coordination (with optometrists in-store). • Maintain and update product displays to ensure visual appeal. • Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales entries. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the store. • Support team members and participate in promotional activities. • Good Customer Services • Handling Customers • Closing Sale • Inventory Management • Store Operations • Ensuring SOPs & KPIs of the store
