Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, and actively promoting the company's real estate offerings. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, providing property consultations, conducting market research, and closing deals efficiently. Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets is an integral part of this role. Qualifications • Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and generate strategic leads • Experience in handling property consultations and guiding clients through the buying process • Strong understanding of sales processes, goal orientation, and ability to meet targets • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency in relevant software or CRM platforms is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is a plus
