This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Tata Capital Housing, located in Junagadh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, promoting housing finance products, and closing sales opportunities. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with other departments, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist in conducting market research to identify customer trends and potential business opportunities. Qualifications: • Sales, customer engagement, and relationship management skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Understanding of financial products, customer needs analysis, and market trends • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience in sales, particularly in financial or housing products, is an advantage • Knowledge of the local market in Junagadh is a plus
