As a Sales Associate / Business Development Manager, you will leverage your 12 years of field sales experience in digital marketing / performance marketing solutions to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and generating new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and outbound efforts - Pitching digital marketing & performance marketing solutions to SMEs, startups, and enterprises - Understanding client requirements and proposing ROI-driven marketing strategies - Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Building long-term client relationships and retention strategies - Coordinating with internal teams for campaign onboarding and execution - Achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goals - Staying updated with the latest trends in digital advertising & platforms Preferred candidate profile should possess the following qualities: Core Sales Skills: - Strong B2B sales & field sales expertise - Excellent lead generation & prospecting skills - Strong negotiation and closing ability - Consultative selling approach (solution-based selling) - Ability to handle objections and client concerns effectively Digital Marketing Knowledge: - Understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads ecosystem - Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) - Basic understanding of SEO, lead generation funnels, landing pages & conversion optimization Communication & Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong presentation & pitching skills - Ability to build trust with decision-makers (CXOs, founders) Personal Attributes: - Target-oriented and self-driven attitude - Strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - High ownership and accountability
